Processing Charges
The WatchPlus initiative stands as a platform for a
total support for the open access model of publication. However, a manuscript
processing charge is levied on authors in order to cover for all running costs.
The WatchPlus Management Board maintains a
List of
Countries whose authors are cosidered eligible for a full or partial waiver
of the Article Processing Charges. Authors from these countries are welcome to
apply for a full or partial waiver.
